How can I purchase tickets to the North Atlanta Christmas Festival?

  • Sunday Mornings:  The Box Office will be open on Sundays, Nov 13, Nov 20, Nov 27, and Dec 4 in the North Campus Gathering Area from 9:00am to 12:30pm

The NACF Box Office is located in Mount Pisgah's North Campus Gathering Area located at 2850 Old Alabama Road, Johns Creek GA 30022

Is it reserved seating?

Your reservation is for a specific row, but not a specific seat so early arrival ensures the best seats in your ticketed row!

Are there refunds or exchanges for tickets?

There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to use your ticket(s) for some reason, please consider giving them to someone that will enjoy the performance, or donate them back in support of the North Atlanta Christmas Festival. Donated tickets can be turned in at the NACF Box Office any Sunday from 9:00am - 12:30pm.

What happens if my tickets are lost or misplaced?

Is wheelchair seating available?

Yes, wheelchair seating is available. Please refer to the seating chart showing wheelchair access when ordering your tickets online or in person.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?

Yes, Every person and child in attendance must have a purchased ticket for admission. There is no special pricing for children. Due to the length and activity of the production we recommend that children under the age of four not attend.

Is there nursery or childcare available for performances?

Yes, childcare is available for children ages four and under by advance reservation. To make a childcare reservation please call 678-336-3133.

Is there a discount available for groups?

There are no group discounts.

Is there a discount available for Senior Citizens?

There are no senior citizen discounts.

Am I allowed to photograph or videotape the live performance?

No. We do not allow personal cameras of any kind at the North Atlanta Christmas Festival. The flashes from camera, as well as the power/recording lights on video cameras are distracting and can be dangerous for the performers and live animals participating in the production. Further, music licensing requirements make recording the performance an illegal act. CD recordings of past performances are available for purchase in the Gathering Area right after each presentation.
